Take command of your starship and embark on a thrilling mission to save the galaxy in this classic retro space combat simulation game.

In Stellar Trek, the Federation has fallen, and its once-mighty fleet lies in ruins. As the last hope, you must lead a handpicked crew aboard a patched-up starship to repel the relentless enemy forces and prevent the extinction of civilization. Your skills are crucial in this desperate fight for survival.

Starting as an ensign, you'll be thrown into Intense, do-or-die situations. The vast galactic space is divided into sectors, each containing quadrants filled with potential dangers and opportunities: enemies, planets, stars, and starbases. Raise your shields, arm your torpedoes, and pilot your starship to wage war against the enemy and help rebuild the Federation.

Explore the sector by scrolling on the map and using impulse engines for short-distance travel. For longer journeys, consult your Star Chart to navigate local space. Select a quadrant, engage warp drive, and begin your trek! The Star Chart indicates the location of starbases, displaying them in red when under attack and green when secure.

When your energy is low, shields fail, or repairs are needed, guide your starship to the nearest starbase. There, you can rest and refuel while your ship undergoes repairs.

As you push back the enemy, they'll intensify their efforts to stop you. Earn dilithium crystals for your victories, or mine them from planets. Use these crystals to upgrade your starship, or purchase them to expedite the upgrade process.

When facing overwhelming odds, deploy the Death Ray – your weapon of last resort! Take a chance to obliterate everything within the quadrant or perform a heroic act of self-sacrifice.

If all else fails, call for help! When your starship is near destruction and your crew is decimated, it's time to summon aid. Why fly solo when you can have a friend backing you up?

Good hunting! The universe is a cold and unforgiving place, filled with enemies. Balance your attacks with strategic retreats to nearby starbases for recharge and repairs to progress. Be aware that the enemy has tricks up their sleeves and won't hesitate to use them. Also, watch out for black holes and supernovas!

To succeed in Stellar Trek, carefully manage your energy and shields, and frequently visit starbases for recharging and repairs. Mine planets for crystals to accelerate upgrades, and return to starbases to sell your cargo.
