If a player is unable to play a domino from their hand, they must draw from the boneyard (the set-aside tiles). If the boneyard is empty, the player must skip their turn. The first player to successfully play all of their dominoes is declared the winner!
In the event that neither player can make a move and the boneyard is empty, the game ends in a blocked position. In this case, the winner is the last player to have placed a domino.
