The description of REC-ON App

Site Editorial Commentary：REC-ON App is an application exclusively for recording TV tuners manufactured by IO DATA DEVICE INC.

The REC-ON App is a dedicated application for I-O Data Device, Inc. recording TV tuners. Please note that a compatible recording TV tuner is required to use the REC-ON App.

By simply connecting your tuner to your smartphone or tablet via a network, you can watch terrestrial, BS, and 110-degree CS digital broadcasts and set recording reservations from anywhere, whether you're at home or away. The app also supports simultaneous use on multiple smartphones, tablets, and TVs.

◆REC-ON App for Android TV is now available!
　・You can now watch TV even on tuner-less monitors equipped with Chromecast with Google TV or Android TV OS!
　・If you have a projector with Android TV OS, you can enjoy TV programs on a large screen without any wiring.

◆The app has been updated with a double-speed playback function for recorded programs.

●For customers using Android 11.0 or later:
If you have saved transferred content to storage (internal memory or SD card) using the transfer function, the saved content will become unplayable if you uninstall, reinstall, or initialize the device.

●For customers using Android 8.0 or later:
[Customers who installed the app on a device with Android 7.1 or earlier and then updated to Android 8.0 or later]
If you have saved transferred content to storage (internal memory or SD card) using the transfer function, the saved content will become unplayable if you uninstall, reinstall, or initialize the device.

●For customers using Android 6.0 or later:
[Customers who installed the app on a device with Android 5.1 or earlier and then updated to Android 6.0 or later]
If you have saved transferred content to storage (internal memory or SD card) using the transfer function, the saved content will become unplayable if you uninstall, reinstall, or initialize the device.
[Customers who newly installed the app on Android 6.0 or later]
If you have saved transferred content to storage (internal memory or SD card) using the transfer function and then initialize the device, the saved content will become unplayable.
[Customers using multi-user mode on Android 6.0 or later]
Content transferred by another user using the transfer function on Android 6.0 or later cannot be played.
